General Shipping Information:

We process orders within 1-3 business days.
We ship internationally to all countries served by our partnered carriers.

Order Processing: We work our hardest to get your order dispatched within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday) after it's placed. This means you'll typically receive your products 1-4 business days within UK or 7-9 business days (Internationally) from the dispatch date, depending the service you apply for at the checkout.

Please note that orders placed Friday to Sunday will be processed the next business day. In rare instances, due to high order volume, dispatch may take slightly longer. If your order hasn't been dispatched within 3 business days, feel free to contact us.

Delivery Timeframes: After your order is dispatched via Royal Mail Standard Service, it usually takes an additional 2-4 business days for delivery for UK. While we strive to meet these timeframes, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third parties, such as adverse weather conditions.

Lost or Damaged Orders: If you haven't received your order within 7 business days of dispatch, please contact us right away. We'll happily replace any lost or damaged orders free of charge.

Bringing Sparkle Worldwide:

We're delighted to offer international shipping for our Glittering Resin Art using Royal Mail's Standard service. There are additional charges for international shipping, which will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery Estimates: For international orders weighing less than 1.6kg, you can expect to receive your resin art treasures within 10 days or less. Please note that this is an estimate and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Customs Fees and Duties: Please be aware that you may be subject to import duties and taxes once your order reaches its destination. These fees are levied by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

For more information, contact your local customs office. It's important to note that if these charges are unpaid, your order may be returned to us, and any shipping costs cannot be refunded. There may also be additional return fees deducted from any refund amount.

Lost or Damaged International Orders: If you haven't received your international order within 20 business days of dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible. We will replace any lost or damaged orders free of charge.
