At Glittering Resin Art, we want you to be thrilled with your sparkling resin art and handcrafted accessories. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. Here's our return policy to guide you:

Return Window: You have 14 days (UK) and 30 days (Internationally) from the purchase date to initiate a return for a full refund.

Eligible Returns:

Returned items, including both resin art and handmade accessories, must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Custom-made or personalized pieces are not eligible for returns, as they're created specifically for you.

Exceptions

Sale items: Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Personalized items: Due to the custom nature of these items, they cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

Return Process:

Request a Return: To start a return, please contact us within 14 days (UK) or 30 days (Internationally) of purchase at support@glitteringresinart.com. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for your return.

Return Shipment: We recommend using a secure and trackable shipping service with adequate insurance for your return, as you are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your returned items, we'll carefully inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria. You'll receive an email notification within 2 business days regarding the approval or rejection of your return.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please allow additional processing time for your bank to credit the funds to your account.

Exchanges: Currently, we do not offer exchanges. However, if you'd like to explore alternative pieces, we'd be happy to assist you in finding the perfect treasure!
