Cancellation Timeline

• Orders placed within 24 hours: You may cancel your order without penalty. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

• Orders placed after 24 hours: We cannot guarantee order cancellation. If your order has not shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, a restocking fee may apply.

• Orders that have shipped: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for information on returning items.
